  The rubber steel edge water stop belt is an embedded rubber water stop belt, which is a commonly used form. The reason why the steel edge rubber water stop belt is widely used in deformation joints is that this material has good expansion deformation performance, especially the setting of holes on the steel edge rubber water stop belt, which increases the expansion deformation of the water stop belt when the concrete structure settles unevenly. Therefore, it is very important to install holes on the water stop belt in the middle of the deformation joint. Currently, the rubber steel edge water stop belt is usually fixed with steel wire, but the problem with steel wire fixation during construction is that the water stop belt is prone to displacement during the concrete pouring process, causing the holes in the water stop belt to deviate from the deformation joint, failing to fully exert its excellent performance. From the above analysis, it can be seen that the existing rubber steel edge water stop belt lacks a rubber water stop belt that can remain stable and not shift during the subsequent concrete pouring process.
  
  Technical points: In response to the shortcomings of existing technology, technicians have provided a rubber steel edge water stop belt that solves the problem of instability and displacement of the existing steel edge rubber water stop belt during the subsequent concrete pouring process due to steel wire fixation. To achieve the above purpose, this rubber steel edge water stop belt is realized through the following technical scheme: a rubber steel edge water stop belt, including a water stop belt component and metal positioning components located on both sides of the water stop belt component, the water stop belt component is integrally injection molded, including a base belt, a deformation boss module, a reinforcement module, and a positioning boss module, the central axis of the deformation boss module coincides with the central axis of the base belt. The deformation boss module includes a main deformation boss and side deformation bosses, the main deformation boss faces the deformation joint of the concrete wall, and the main deformation boss is provided with a main deformation hole, with a total of four main deformation holes symmetrically distributed around the main deformation boss; the reinforcement module includes a first reinforcement, a second reinforcement, and a third reinforcement in order from inside to outside, with two of each reinforcement symmetrically distributed on both sides of the deformation boss component, and the first reinforcement, second reinforcement, and third reinforcement are all mirror-symmetrical along the longitudinal centerline of the base belt body; the number of positioning bosses is two, located at both ends of the base belt body, and the positioning bosses have a spindle shape; the metal positioning components include a first metal sheet and a second metal sheet, with the same material for both, which is galvanized steel plate; one end of the first metal sheet penetrates the positioning boss and is vulcanized, while the other end of the first metal sheet is fixedly connected to the second metal sheet, which is perpendicular to the first metal sheet, and both ends of the second metal sheet are provided with multiple circular positioning holes.
  
  Compared with existing technology, the beneficial effect of the above rubber steel edge water stop belt is: this rubber steel edge water stop belt includes a water stop belt component and a metal positioning component, by orienting the main deformation boss towards the deformation joint of the concrete wall, the main deformation boss is provided with a main deformation hole, with four side deformation bosses symmetrically distributed around the main deformation boss, and side deformation holes are provided on the side deformation bosses, enhancing the self-rebound ability of the rubber water stop belt.
